Who ships? Time needed and conditions
We ship with standard UPS, DHL or post.nl shipment service. Logistic time in business days: Netherlands 1 – 3 days. Europe 2-5 days. Most other countries 4-9 days. We deliver Incoterms 2010 DAP. This is we pay for carriage to the named place of destination, except for costs related to import clearance and assumes all risks prior to the point that the goods are ready for unloading by the buyer. If there are taxes involved from your own country you need to pay them yourself.
If you want to ship via your own shipping contracter and account please choose for pick up (free) and inform us about your contracter and your accountnumber. In this case our delivery is Incoterms 2010 EXW, ex works Reeuwijk, Netherlands.
Standard Order or Non Standard Order
If you are ordering from a country which is not part of the EC fiscal area for VAT please see the procedure for a Non Standard Order.
If you want to arrange your shipment by us. And your Parcel exceeds 80x40cm, 60 liter content, the weight of 10kg or want it insured above € 400.00 (excluding VAT) your order also follows the procedure for a Non Standard Order
In all other situations please follow the procedure for a Standard Order. We always double check your order including some exceptional things. If your order shows to be not a Standard Order we inform you by e-mail and will help you to change parameters.
Standard Order from Netherlands
Shipping to destinations in the Netherlands is flat rate € 7.50 (excluding VAT). Please pay via wire transfer. We will check the order within 24 hours after receipt of payment and ship and confirm the order the same day. In case of any discrepancies we will inform you immediately.
Standard Order for Countries that are part of the EC fiscal area for VAT
We only accept ex VAT orders from EC VAT registrered companies. Add your VAT number in the address field “Apartment”. Shipping to countries in the EC fiscal area for VAT is flat rate € 32.00 (excluding VAT). Please pay via wire transfer. We will check the order within 24 hours after receipt of payment and ship and confirm the order the same day. In case of any discrepancies we will inform you immediately.
Non Standard Order
Please fill in your order – we see it as a concept – without taking attention of the shipping. Do not pay.
- We check your concept order within 24 hours and adjust it where needed and come back to you with it as a proposal.
- If you agree please confirm by e-mail and please pay via wire transfer.
- If we have receipt your payment we confirm and ship your order.
In stock – not in stock
We ship orders if in stock in our warehouse in Reeuwijk within 1 working day. We accept backorders for products if we expect to get them in our stock within 10 days. If we expect we need more time you can’t order direct, please ask a quote. For backorders we will inform you within 1 day about the expected delivery time. If the delivery does not fit, you may cancel the order and we will refund your money in 5 days.
